I, , am the owner of the property in Agios Ioannis Malountas number 275.

The property number 165, owned by Verdant Studios Limited, uses a triangle of land of my property on the north side, a total of 230 aquare meters.

I agree to sell this land to Verdant Studios Limited at the price of 1,000 Euro and sign a Border Adjustment request with the Land Registry Office in order to redefine the border between the two properties so that land belongs to plot 165.

This is the full consideration for this change and I will have no further claim or request in this matter.
